GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) -- A Greer man has been charged with murder in the August shooting death of an employee at a smoke shop in Greenville.
Twenty-eight-year-old Ryan D. Irby also is charged with armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Irby was arrested by Greer police Monday.
Authorities say 29-year-old Theodore Ross McClellan was shot and killed Aug. 30.
Irby is being held at the Greenville County jail. It was unclear if he has a lawyer.
