AIKEN, S.C. -- Authorities say a 22-year-old man is dead after a shooting on New Year's Eve in Aiken.
Aiken County Coroner Tim Carlton said Joseph Brown was shot several times around 9:30 p.m. Monday.
The coroner says Brown died about six hours later in the hospital.
Police say they don't have any suspects or a motive for the shooting.
Carlton says an autopsy has been ordered and results should be available Wednesday.
