MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) -- A North Carolina man has pleaded guilty to using a counterfeit credit card and photo ID to get obtain cash advances at West Virginia's Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races.
U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld says 39-year-old Titus Lavell Lee of Wilmington, N.C., appeared Thursday before U.S. Magistrate David Joel in Martinsburg.
Lee agreed to repay the Eastern Panhandle casino $27,500 as part of his plea agreement and is free on bond until sentencing for the 2010 scam.
He could get up to 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
Earlier this week, three others from North Carolina and New York pleaded guilty to similar charges.
