RAVENEL, S.C. (AP) -- Charleston County deputies say a 64-year-old man shot himself while cleaning his guns in his Ravenel home.
Authorities say Robert Horning was found face down in his room on Monday with a gunshot to his forehead. He died a day later.
Investigators think Horning was cleaning one of his guns when it accidentally fired.
Deputies say another man in the home heard the gunshot and called 911.
