Clerk, second man arrested in lottery ticket scheme

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Investigators in Greensboro, North Carolina busted two people for stealing winning lottery tickets.
The arrests follow a month-long sting operation.
A detective presented a winning ticket at a store, the clerk saw it was a $1000 winner, but told the detective it was a loser.
The clerk and another man cashed the ticket the next day.
