TOKYO, JAPAN: NTT Central Personal Communications Network Inc., a Japanese mobile phone service provider, unveils a new cellular phone featuring Japanese cartoon character "Doraemon" in Tokyo 16 December. The system is designed to play the theme song of the cartoon series when a telephone call is received and the voice of the character answers if the receiver is absent.
