SHIRLEY BASSEY TO MAKE FIRST OSCAR APPEARANCE - FOR BOND TRIBUTE?

BEVERLY HILLS (AP) -- Shirley Bassey will appear at the Oscars for the first time. The producers say she'll be making a special appearance. They didn't say if she'll be part of the celebration of James Bond's 50th anniversary. Bassey sang one of the most famous Bond themes, "Goldfinger."
