BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) -- George Clooney and Idris Elba are thinking about the suffering in Philippines. They were honored at the Britannia Awards over the weekend in Los Angeles. Clooney says he's been following the news about the massive typhoon. As many as 10,000 people are believed dead in one Philippine city alone from one of the worst storms ever recorded. Clooney says celebrities will rally in support of those affected by the "terrible disaster," as they did for earthquake-ravaged Haiti and New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Elba is calling on the "world community" to "pitch in" and "help as much as we can."
