The Rowan County Sheriff Office’s Special Investigations Unit made several recent arrests related to prescription narcotics. The sheriff’s office says the sales were over less than a year, happening between December 2013 and March 2014.
On May 27, 2014, Bobby Edward Gouldman, 55, from Kannapolis was arrested by deputies and charged with two counts of sell or deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possess with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance and two counts of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle. Bond was set at $10,000. During the sting operation Gouldman sold 80 dosage units of diazepam tablets.
