The crispy confit potato sticks made for a cute start to a log cabin but might have been better (for me) if they weren't so "log like" and more fry like. Its not that I don't appreciate the originality.. its just that the best part (for me) is the crispy exterior, not the squishy potato interior. The smaller the fry the more crispy and less squishy there is :)
