CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One person was hurt after power lines fell on a crane in the SouthPark area of south Charlotte on Friday morning.
The incident happened around 11 a.m. in the 1800 block of Carmel Road near Fairview Road.
An electricity truck caught fire and is still smoking as of 11:45 a.m.
One person is hurt, according to the Charlotte Fire Department, but the victim was not transported to the hospital..
It's unclear what caused the power lines to fall on the truck.
