Consumers from seven counties in N.C. and S.C. (Mecklenburg, Gaston, Lincoln, Iredell, Cabarrus, Union, and York), paid $150 to $927 to Michael David Henderson for appliance repairs that they allege were not done properly, if at all. Since 2000, Michael Henderson has had 26 BBB complaints filed against him under 10 different company names. REPEAT OFFENDER: #1 on 2011 Dirty Dozen List.
