#4 Historical News Journals (BBB Grade F) – This Cornelius-based company sells old newspapers online at www.historicalnewsjournals.com. In 2012, twenty-five customers filed complaints which focus on order fulfillment and refund issues. Owner Chip Dolfi blamed financial problems caused by employee embezzlement in response to some of the complaints, but he has not answered eight complaints.
