The front should be positioned right along the state line by late in the afternoon so it will keep an isolated storm in the Friday forecast. Any showers that develop should be along the state line and south.

Afternoon temperatures will reach the low 90s under variably cloudy skies across the region.

Saturday and Sunday will be mostly sunny and hot with highs in the lower 90s.
