Former 'American Idol' contestant Elliot Yamin is coming to Charlotte this week to hold a concert to benefit the two fallen CMPD officers.

Yamin will be at the 96.1 The Beat radio station's studio Tuesday to perform a 9 a.m. breakfast concert to collect donations for the families of Officers Sean Clark and Jeff Shelton.

Listeners will be able to call in to make donations.

WCNC will also be there to talk to Yamin.
