Brother defends Domino's worker
CONOVER, N.C. -- The brother of a Domino's employee who was fired and arrested after allegedly tampering with food says the video posted on YouTube was just a prank.
"They were shooting it as a little prank to kill time," said Chase Setzer, the brother of 31-year-old Michael Setzer.
Domino's fired both Michael Setzer and Kristy Hammonds, and both face felony charges for tampering with food.
"Here at Domino's I like to be lazy," said Hammonds, introducing herself in the video that's become an Internet sensation.
"He just put a booger in those sandwiches," Hammonds said on the video.
Chase Setzer said his brother feels awful and worries coworkers at Domino's could get in trouble for what he did.

"He regrets even doing it," Chase Setzer said. "It wasn't supposed to make it to YouTube, but the girl put it on YouTube and that's when everything went haywire."
A spokesperson for Domino's says the company is getting calls from customers claiming they got sick from eating the food.
"That's impossible. They probably got sick after seeing it just for the fact they seen it, but the food never went out nowhere so it's impossible for them to have gotten sick," Chase Setzer said.
But the Conover police chief says he's still trying to figure out if the food was actually delivered.
In the video, Hammonds points to the food and says, "Now it's ready to be sent to some unlucky customer."
"They threw it away is what he's been telling me," Setzer said. "He's been real upset about it. I told him, 'You shouldn't have done it.' He's like, 'I know I shouldn't have done it, but you know I'm stupid,'" said Chase Setzer.
A Dominos spokesman said the company is taking all complaints from customers seriously but they are not sure about the legitimacy of the claims.
Michael Setzer and Hammonds have bonded out of jail. Their first court appearance is Friday.
