CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg police homicide investigators are looking into the death of an infant.

Officers were called to Gallatin Lane in north Charlotte just after 11 p.m. Tuesday where they found a 1-month-old in cardiac arrest.
The infant was taken to Carolinas Medical Center-University and pronounced dead.
