CHINA GROVE, N.C.-- A toddler from West Virginia has been reunited with his father after his mother abducted him. Kesha Bender of China Grove, NC was found with the child in McDowell County and has been charged with the child’s abduction. Bender was said to have sped away with the child - after his father dropped him off for a visitation over two weeks ago. Bender has been arrested, but is out on bond as of Saturday.
