Election day in some North Carolina cities and counties

Several cities and counties in our area are holding elections today:
•Hickory and Mooresville are holding primary elections to chose which
canidates will appear on the November ballot.
•Monroe, Statesville, Shelby and Boone are holding elections.
•Iredell county voters will be casting ballots on a school bond issue.
