Colleen and Sonja at Princess Survival Camp 7:12 AM
07:12 AM EDT on Friday, November 2, 2007
CROWDERS MOUNTAIN - It’s a day without television, the Internet or your car. And WCNC anchors Sonja Gantt and Colleen Odegaard took the challenge.
They took off their make-up and spent a day in a team building camp meant just for women who aren’t used to the outdoors. It is called Princess Survival Camp, run by Terry Vaughn of High Intensity Team Building.
They joined the Women’s Motorsports Auxiliary for a series of challenges on Crowders Mountain. They were put to the test hiking, building shelters, dunking their head in ice-cold water – and even eating bugs.
Which ones did they pass? Which ones did they fail? It’s Colleen and Sonja like you’ve never seen them before.
