School bus involved in minor accident in west Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One person was treated for minor injuries after a CMS bus collided with another car in west Charlotte Thursday morning.

According to CMS, Bus No. 351, which services Westerly Hills Academy, was involved in an accident with a car at the intersection of Wilkinson Boulevard and Alleghany Street, about a half-mile from the school.

Officials say that four students were on the bus at the time of the collision. None of the students were injured.
