CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Imagine completing 50 triathlons and doing it all before you are a teenager!

That amazing athlete is Riley Gallagher, who is 12 years old.  She competed in her first triathlon at the age of seven and actually came-in third place.

Riley has finished first in more than 20 competitions and has a huge collection of trophies and medals to prove it.  In her events, she swims 300 yards, bikes eight miles, and runs two miles.

This morning on Larry’s Look, Riley was joined by her coach, Ron Sciepko to talk about her involvement in athletics and how much she totally enjoys the competition, and even the training it takes to compete at the highest level.

Ron explained how the training process is tough, but it’s specially designed for those her age and even younger!
