His most successful album to date is his debut Some Gave All, which has been certified 9× Multi-Platinum in the United States and is the longest time spent by a debut artist at number one on the Billboard 200 (17 consecutive weeks). It spent 43 weeks in the Top 10 and was the first debut album to enter at number one on the Billboard Country Albums Chart.

Change My Mind  is Billy Ray’s newest album and is a 10-song collection, which harkens back to Cyrus’ roots in bluegrass, Southern rock, gospel, and country music.

The Flatwoods, KY native wrote or co-wrote every song on the CD including the title track and lead single, “Change My Mind.” The tune is already a fan-favorite with the music video nearing the Top 10 on Great American Country’s Top 20 Country Countdown.

This morning on Larrys Look, Billy talked about his career in country music and all the influences he had along the way.  Larry asked Cyrus what his favorite song was from the Billy Ray collection.  He had a very interesting answer to that question, one that may surprise some people!
