CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Imagine climbing aboard the legendary “Flying Fortress”, the B-17 bomber.

It’s possible and you can actually be an honorary crew member!  Today on Larry’s Look, that workhorse of World War II was featured in flight -- with Larry, video photographer Scott McLendon, and the crew on board.

This particular B-17 was the “star” of the movie “Memphis Belle” and it’s ready for flights and tours at Concord Regional Airport.

The non-profit Liberty Foundation is bringing the plane to the area this Saturday and Sunday.
