CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Over 1,000 competitors from 12 countries are in Charlotte for the Professional Disc Golf Association World Championships.
There are fourteen courses in this area where the competition takes place, including the Renaissance course -- one of the favorite courses for the disc golfers.
On Larry’s Look this morning we learned a lot about the game and met some of the athletes, including 17 year old David Wiggins. He set the world distance record for throwing a disc( or Frisbee). That was an amazing 836 feet!
