CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Larry’s Look was “on the road” over the weekend. We stopped by the International Auto Show at the Charlotte Convention Center and met people from all over the Carolinas and the Southeast.
Hundreds of people came-by by the NBC Charlotte booth---many stopping to meet our news team.
With Thanksgiving on everyone’s mind, Larry took the chance to ask many of them about the meaning of that day. The results were on Larry’s Look Wednesday morning, and included answers from adults and a lot of kids, who always have such honest responses.
Some were as young as 4-years-old but they definitely had a reply to: What does Thanksgiving mean to you?
Most of the adults we talked to included “having a job” as part of their answer to the question. One of the guys said he was thankful for his wife because she did “the hardest work”. All of our female staff here at the station loved that reply!
