Brittany Begley joined WCNC in January 2010. She is the traffic reporter for NBC Charlotte Today from 4:30-7 a.m.
Brittany came to NBC Charlotte Today from Clear Channel Radio where she worked a traffic producer for Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and Norfolk,Virginia. She got her start in broadcasting as an intern at Fox Charlotte; there, her experience as the “resident mom” fueled her passion for living life on a budget. This passion, in fact, landed her the job on Charlotte Today, where she did a little bit of everything, both in front of, and behind the camera.
Brittany grew up in several places, including Dayton, Ohio, Palm Beach, Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada and is glad to call Charlotte home! When she's not busy at work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, bargain shopping, and of course chatting with everyone on Facebook!
