CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Auto Fair takes over Charlotte Motor Speedway this Thursday through Sunday, providing plenty of activities for car enthusiasts and families for the entire weekend.

The four-day automotive extravaganza will feature a 60th anniversary Corvette display, moonshine vehicles, Lamborghinis, a hovercraft, BMX bikers and more.

It's the world’s largest automotive extravaganza; annually attracts more than 100,000 visitor and features nearly 50 car club displays, a surplus of automotive parts and memorabilia for sale or trade, plus a collector car auction.

More than 1,500 collectible vehicles of all makes and models will be available for sale in the car corral that rings the 1.5-mile superspeedway.

This morning on Larry’s Look, our special in-studio guest was Ron Knight. He’s from Concord and is known as "Bearman."

He’s actually an artist, making elaborate carvings from trees.  How does he make his carvings: with a chainsaw!  Bearman, in fact, is a champion tree-carver and brought some of his creations to the studio.

He’ll also be making two exclusive carvings at the  AutoFair Friday and  Saturday.
