This morning on Larry's Look, Dr. Travis Stork joined us to talk about healthy morning habits---as part of a healthy lifestyle. Stork is the co-host of the Emmy Award-winning show, The Doctors and is a practicing ER physician.
As an advocate of breakfast, Dr. Stork talked about how the right choices in the morning can help give your body the boost it needs to recharge – so you can enjoy all your summer activities. Stork also discussed some common misconceptions about breakfast foods plus the essential nutrients your body needs in the morning.
