CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Seven student-athletes from Vance High School will continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. NBC Charlotte was the only TV station there Wednesday, as all signed their college national letters of intent.

Kirk Donaldson will play outside linebacker for Ruffin McNeil and East Carolina University.

Nolan Corpening signs with the Charlotte 49ers. He'll play cornerback for head coach Brad Lambert.

Jalen Latter grew up in ACC Country. Latter will play for Jim Grobe at Wake Forest next fall.

Cougars safety Jerome Beatty is heading to North Carolina A&T.

Justin Fritts hopes to contribute to Turner Gill's offense at Liberty in the fall.

Four-star linebacker Larenz Bryant will team up with former South Pointe defensive star Jadeveon Clowney at South Carolina. 

Vance soccer forward Hans Honer joins Charlotte 49ers soccer.
