Here's a breakdown of where the money would go for Bank of America stadium upgrades, according to the latest version presented by team owner Jerry Richardson Wednesday morning in Raleigh.

$84 million – video boards, technology upgrades

$28 million – escalators, elevators at three entrances

$62 million – infrastructure (seats, concrete, HVAC, playing fields, etc)

$16 million – entry gate changes (including security additions)

$35 million – upgrades to 100/500 levels

$29 million – club/suite level upgrades

$30 million – team area (locker room, weight room, etc.) and indoor practice facility

$13 million – “new concepts”, i.e., street fan experience, bunker suite, field club, and possibly parking

Other notable figures

$636 million -- economic impact per year the Panthers bring to the region

5,000 -- The number of jobs the Carolina Panthers create

$39 million -- How much the state receives annually in tax revenue due to the Panthers
