CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- When you come out to the Wells Fargo Championship it can really give you the desire to want to swing a golf club, and this year, you actually can.
Officials at the Wells Fargo Championship have set-up a high-definition golf simulator to give fans the real experience of playing the course like the pros.
“We have the 17th hole on Quail Hollow up there and this year we're offering games close to the pin and longest drive,” assistant golf professional Andrew Bryce said.
It’s $5 to compete in the competition and there are prizes for the top finishers.
So far it has been the big attraction in the merchandise tent.
“It’s a cool deal and we’re exciting to have it in the merchandise tent,” Bryce said.
