Michael Jordan's paternity suit heads to court.
Jordan is facing a lawsuit that claims he fathered a baby boy 16 years ago.
Jordan has filed a counter claim against Pamela Smith for making false claims against him and is asking it to be dismissed. Jordan wasn't in court Tuesday, but the NBC station in Georgia, WXIA, caught up with Smith after the hearing.
"My son has the right,” she stated.
Jordan says paternity of the teen has already been established in divorce filings between Smith and her ex-husband.
