CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The ad clearly states: Michael Jordan is not a licensed surgeon. But in this new commercial for Presbyterian Orthopaedic Hospital, the NBA legend turned Charlotte Bobcats owner scrubs in with other surgeons, says hello to a patient on an operating table, and dramatically walks in slow motion with other doctors down a hallway.

Presbyterian Healthcare and its parent company, Winston-Salem's Novant Health, agreed to a 10-year sponsorship deal with Jordan and the Bobcats in March. In return, organizations like Presbyterian Orthopaedic Hospital get to use Jordan's likeness in commercials.

Jordan has several national endorsement deals, but this is his first in Charlotte since becoming an NBA owner.

The ad, and a behind-the-scenes video, were posted to YouTube Thursday.
