CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Fans are wild for the Panthers, and tickets to this Sunday's play-off game are the hottest Panthers tickets in years.

Demand is only going up.

They are the lucky few-- PSL holders who have been there since the beginning, and will be there Sunday for the playoff game.

The ones we found at the team store say there's no chance they're selling.

Wood Allen said, “I’m not interested because the playoffs come around once in awhile. We’ve been doing this for 18 years and this will be our third playoff, so were looking forward to it!”

NBC Charlotte checked CraigsList, Stub Hub and the NFL ticket exchange and found demand higher even than just last week, now that we know who's coming to town.

“It’s a rematch; it’s gonna be a tough game, a game of two quarterbacks who are very mobile, so we're looking forward to it,” Allen added.

There are tickets to be had, but even an upper deck seat will cost you more than twice the face value.

SeatGeek, a ticket search engine, calls this “record demand” for a Panthers game.

Mark Kirkpatrick has two seats, but says, “I know they're going crazy for the playoffs tickets; I'm not going to sell them.”

In fact, he sold his tickets to a friend for face value, but is reconsidering.

“I’m about to change my mind, it’s hard to pass up the playoffs because they don't come often.”

“So, being generous might go out the window?”

“It might.”
