SPARTANBURG, S.C. - All the talk was over early Friday morning down at Wofford College. The Panthers hit the practice field for the first time in 2013 Friday evening, day one of Training Camp 2013.

Defensive End Greg Hardy echoed Newton's thoughts stressing that the work done now, will only make this team better when the September 8th opener against Seattle.
"You've all seen Remember the Titans," Hardy said. "This is where it all goes down. You bang here so you don't have to in practice during the season."
With running back Jonathan Stewart sidelined right now, following a couple of offseason ankle surgeries, Fullback Mike Tolbert believes other players must step up and take on leadership roles.
"If you see somebody doing something wrong, or you think somebody needs help with something, you've gotta be there as their brother and their teammate to help them out." "It's one of those things where you have to do it or be seen as an outsider," Tolbert said.
