Panthers welcome Tampa Bay Sunday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -  The Carolina Panthers get another shot at NFC South Division rival Tampa Bay Sunday afternoon at Bank of America Stadium.

The Panthers dropped the season opener at Raymond James Stadium back in September and really have never recovered. Carolina comes into the matchup with a 2-7 record. The Panthers lost for the sixth time in seven games last weekend 36-14 to Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.

Tampa, meanwhile is 5-4 through it's first nine games. The Buccaneers are seeking their first four game winning streak since 2008, but are 1-3 in their last four visits to Charlotte. Carolina will have to find a way to slow down Tampa Bay rookie Doug Martin. Martin's rushed for 862 yards and 7 touchdowns on the season.
