CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A Charlotte teen is such a Panthers fan, he made a highlight video that is getting some incredible response from fans.

Charlotte Latin senior Drew Hanff has been there since the beginning.

“I was born five days before the Panthers first ever game, and my dad set me down and watched it, so I've always been a Panthers fan first and foremost.

Even though dad, a former New Yorker, has other allegiances.

“My dad growing up -- he was actually a Giants and Jets fan, and when he moved here he became a Panthers fan.”

But Drew, well, he's never wavered.

“There are few things in life that matter more to me than the Panthers, just being honest,” he admits.

The girlfriend?

The smart man says, “Yes she matters more, let me get that on air.”

That’s kind of questionable though when you see what 23,000 others have already seen.

The high school student, who is at every home game, made a highlight reel that has become a hit on YouTube.

“I honestly can't believe it. I never really did this to get a lot of views. I just did it because I thought it was a cool thing, maybe excite some people, but I really kind if did it more for me. I've gotten comments on this video, like people saying this gave me goose bumps and this brought me to tears.”

The video ends with Cam Newton at the press conference after clinching the team’s first playoff berth since 2008.

The star quarterback told reporters, "We're not done here yet."

And neither is Drew, he's already planning a playoffs highlight reel.

He hasn’t heard from any players yet, but he’s hoping to.
