CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Football players from the University of North Carolina and the University of Pittsburgh visited children at Levine Children's Hospital on Tuesday.

The Tarheels and Panthers meet in the Meineke Car Care Bowl in Charlotte this Saturday.

They'll be rivals in the game but they teamed up off the field, posing for pictures, handing out footballs and signing autographs for the children.

Also Tuesday, Tarheels' players visited Charlotte Latin School, while the Panthers visited Charlotte Country Day School.
