Mike O'Hara: Disgusting. So much for giving back to the community. Shame on him and the Panthers get a black eye out of this. Pro sports should develop a policy on this for all these million dollar athletes and personal appearances. I somewhat understand the "he gives it away and somebody sells it on eBay for money" angle, but a one item per person, paid appearance by whoever is putting this on is more appropriate. Make it transparent to the fan. It reflects badly on the sport and in this economy reeks of greed. If this doesn't end up in charity and it just another example of money wasted, then this guy has dropped more than a few notches. This actually affects my feeling towards the team overall.
