CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One of the top high school athletes in Charlotte faces possible suspension.
Butler High School's Christian Lemay is one of the top five high school quarterbacks in the country.
He led the Bulldogs to last year's state championship.
On Monday, he faced a disciplinary hearing before Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools officials.
Lemay is accused of violating the CMS code of conduct, and as a result, faces possible suspension from football activities.
Lemay has already committed to play quarterback at the University of Georgia. It's unclear, at this point, how this will impact his senior season.
