CLOVER, S.C. - The Clover Blue Eagles have a new head football coach. Clover has hired Chad Smith, formerly of Easley High School, as its new coach. Smith compiled a 29-9 record during his three years at Easley. He's the 2011 Upper State AAAA Coach of the Year and a native of Pickens, South Carolina. Clover finished the 2012 season without a win.
