CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) -- Devince Boykins scored 16 points as East Rutherford rallied in the fourth quarter to beat Pittsboro Northwood 58-56 on Saturday to win its first Class 2-A North
Carolina High School Athletic Association men's championship.

Zack Price added 14 points and T.J. Watkins 13 for the Cavaliers (27-1), who capped an 18-game winning streak with a title in their first appearance in a NCHSAA men's final.

Juan Young scored 15 points, Brandon Williams added 14 points and Antonio Farmer had 10 points and 12 rebounds for the Chargers (28-5), who led most of the game.

Boykins scored five points during a 10-0 run to open the fourth quarter, including a dunk with 2:35 remaining that put the Cavaliers ahead to stay. He was named the game's most valuable
player.
