MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Mallard Creek's balance offensive attack proved to be too much for Mooresville Friday night as the Mavericks won, 56-11.
Mallard Creek got to work early in the game with a 63-yard touchdown run and controlling the first half with a 14-3 halftime lead.
The second half was the same as the first half, Mallard Creek scored on two TD passed in the third quarter.
With the loss, Mooresville falls to 3-2 on the season and travels to Vance next week. Mallard Creek plays host to Lake Norman next Friday.
