CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte Checkers concluded their ten game stretch of games at Time Warner Cable arena with a 3-0 shut out win over Houston Saturday.
Checkers goalie Justin Peters recorded 23 saves, posting his second shut out of the season. Jeremy Welsh recorded two points, including a power play goal for Charlotte in the third period.
