CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon is working to put the brakes on senior hunger.

Last month NewsChannel 36 told viewers about the Second Harvest Food Bank's food drive for seniors.

On Friday, Gordon teamed up with the food bank and AARP of North Carolina for the Drive to End Hunger.

It’s a three-year commitment to end senior hunger across the state.
