CHARLOTTE - The Tennessee Titans and Carolina Panthers will hold joint practices in August prior to their game in Nashville on August 19.
The two practice sessions will be open to the public, free of charge on Wednesday, August 16 and Thursday, August 17 at Saint Thomas Sports Park.
A time for the practices has yet to be set, but will be announced at a later date. The expectation is for both teams to practice in the morning.
Carolina has not participated in joint practices since 2015, when the Miami Dolphins visited Wofford College before a preseason game in Charlotte.
“I loved how that worked,” Panthers coach Ron Rivera said. “Coming off the Super Bowl and that short offseason, we thought it might be too much to do it (in 2016). But we definitely wanted to do it again this year.”
