The San Antonio Scorpions lost to the Carolina Railhawks 2-1 in a NASL game on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012 at Heroes Stadium. Despite the loss, the Scorpions remain at the top of the NASL standings with only two games remaining in the regular season.
