LONDON -- Three dozen athletes from the Carolinas are competing in London Olympic games.
While the focus may be on sports, the buzz Thursday was all about bad photographs.
Security has really increased at Olympic Stadium and all around the Olympic grounds. Everybody has to have a credential and everyone is told when not to smile at all for security reasons.
These are not glamour shots. In fact, some say they look like mug shots.
“It's sort of scary looking,” said NBC sports reporter Andrea Kramer. “I mean, I hope I'm not that scary looking."
“It just looks apathetic and tired and frankly hungover or something," said Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush.
“I think I did just actually wake up from a nap. So, hence why the hair is all over the place,” said swimmer Michael Phelps.
