TROUTMAN, N.C. -- Police are looking for a man and a woman responsible for a home invasion last week in Iredell County.

Troutman Police were called to a home in the 200 block of Klutz Street Friday just before midnight.

Police say a male victim was awakened by a woman duct-taping his hands and mouth. Meanwhile, according to the victim, a male suspect played lookout.

The duo demanded cash, prescription medication and that the victim open the same, all while holding brandishing a revolver.

The victim handed over a bottle of pills and his cellphone. The cellphone was recovered about three blocks away from the victim's home.

The suspects fled the scene. The male suspect is described as standing about 6-foot-1, while the female suspect is described as standing about 5-foot-3. Both suspects were said to be wearing dark clothing, gloves and some sort of scarf around their faces, which left only their eyes exposed.

If you have any information on this crime, you're asked to call Troutman Police at (704) 528-7610.
